Enugu Governor Ifeanyi Ugwunyi sheds tears at scene of Fulani herdsmen attacks


The Enugu State governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi was moved to tears today when he visited the community attacked by Fulani herdsmen on Monday April 25, 2016.
The Fulani herdsmen reportedly invaded Nimbo community in Uzo Uwani Local Government of Enugu state in the early hours of Monday killing over 20 people.
As the governor visited the scene where Fulani Herdsmen slaughtered innocent people while they slept, he bent his head and wept.





The governor visited the scene of the attacks with the Enugu State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Nwodibo Ekechukwu the GOC 82 Division, Nigerian Army, Major General Ibrahim Attahiru, as well as the Enugu State Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC.
