Singer Sinead O’Connor found in hotel room after she attempted suicide

Singer Sinead O’Connor sparked fears after she wrote what seems like a suicide note claiming she had taken an overdose.

The singer, best known for her 1990 hit ‘Nothing Compares 2 U’,  revealed she had taken an ‘overdose’ in a hotel in Ireland which she had booked using another name.

The Police confirmed the singer has been found and is receiving medical attention.

The suicide note, posted Sunday morning, alleges “appalling cruelty” on the part of her husband, her children and even her son’s girlfriend — and she says it all started when she had a hysterectomy in August. Sinead claims they’ve been keeping her babies from her, and she just couldn’t take it anymore

I’ve been howling crying for weeks. And been told by them all to go f*** myself. I’m invisible. I don’t matter a shred to anyone.”

The singer is currently married to Barry Herridge and has four children.
